In the Homeland Security arena we fast-tracked a GPS itinerary verification system to secure transfer of the debris from the World Trade Center site. We have held Secret and Top Secret U. S. government security clearances.
How Do We Add Value?
We started out as pioneers in building electronic equipment and software. We used to be executives for large systems integrators. We no longer build electronic equipment or integrate systems, but that's how we got our real-world expertise. Now we write the specs and RFPs that the vendors and integrators compete against to win. Now we manage the vendors and integrators on behalf of project owners.
We use our expertise to help authorities, government organizations, banks and engineering/construction companies translate their operating needs into electronic and software system requirements. We enable our customers to reduce their systems and operating risks on technically advanced programs. We assist our clients in managing complex projects, by:
- Identifying operational and systems criteria
- Structuring procurements to minimize technology risk and financial risk
- Defining system acceptance criteria
- Monitoring system development and deployment, and
- Providing ongoing management once live operations are underway.
